Wat ga je doen?
For our client in Maastricht we are looking for a Quality specialist. Our client is specialized in the production of marinades, herbs and batters for meat, potato chips and bakery products, among others.
As a Quality specialist you are an expert in the field of quality assurance and implement the policy of the organization so that you meet all set quality requirements.
You work in a team with 5 colleagues and report to the QSHE Manager.
What will you do?
– You coordinate the quality and safety policy;
– You will maintain the quality management system;
– You perform internal audits;
– You will supervise external audits;
– You handle complaints and/or comments from customers and suppliers;
– You make an important contribution to obtaining certification(s) of the various quality systems and inspection standards;
– You draw up and check HACCP risk analyses;
– You plan quality controls;
– You carry out internal education and training in the field of quality assurance;
– You follow up actions resulting from internal and/or external audits;
– You participate in the HACCP team and in projects to improve product and process quality;
– You evaluate raw materials from suppliers.
Dit bezit je:
As a Quality Specialist, you are proactive, stress-resistant, have communication skills and work accurately.
In addition:
– You have an HBO education in the field of Food Technology, Food & Business or Chemical Technology;
– You have 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position in the food industry and are ready for the next step;
– You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel). This is a requirement;
– You work goal-oriented and result-oriented;
– You master the Dutch or English language in word and writing.
Wat ontvang je?
What will you get in return?
– A starting salary between € 2,700 and € 3,500 gross per month. If you have extensive experience in a similar position, a higher starting salary is certainly negotiable;
– You will receive a contract from our client and will be employed directly by our client;
– 25 days of leave per year;
– Travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer;
– The opportunity to (further) develop yourself within your field of expertise.
