For our Customer Services Team, based in Maastricht, we are looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our team as:

Customer Services Employee!

Duties and responsibilities include:

* Enter quotes and orders in SAP.

* First contact to customers.

* Inform customers about status of orders.

* Handle warranty, return and credit requests

* Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)

* Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests

* Proactive order follow up

Knowledge required

* Minimum MBO+ – degree (commercial or logistics).

* General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).

* Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.

* Fluent French language skills are required (writing and verbal)

* English language on a good level and any additional language would be a plus like Italian, Spanish or Portuguese

* Computer literate (advance knowledge of MS-Office).

* SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge.
