The Too Faced Beauty advisor main objective is to achieve retail sales targets, through events and artistry. The Key responsibilities for this position are: Retail sales o Achieve monthly sales goals and KPI’s given by your Too Faced manager by executing promotional and event calendars at store level. o Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empower them to increase their business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments. o Take part in all major event set-up and execution. o Send the KPI’s on a weekly basis to your Too Faced manager. Merchandising o Monitor level of cleanliness, counter stock, and display units. o Make sure fixtures & testers units are clean & visually appealing. o Communicate any location change immediately to management. o Monitor tester replenishment. Communication: o Communicate with your manager at least once weekly with a status 30/60 min call/email. o Send your personal weekly sales once a week to your manager to review and add additional strategies to achieve sales goals. o Alert management of all out of stocks as they occur. o Inform the store team of all seasonal activity well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation. o cooperate with monthly reporting/action plans/key information on goals to your manager. Qualifications o You need to be sales/results-driven and be confident with handling figures. o Professional knowledge of Douglas structure, make up business and KPI’S for their market. o English and Dutch skills, both written and verbal. o Excellent communication skills desired. o Excellent flexibility/adaptability o Passion for the beauty industry is a must (2-3 years of experience preferred) o Make up artistry background and retail operational experience in the field.
