Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and streamline processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes using Eazy Stock.
  6. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics BC to manage financial transactions, procurement, and resource planning.
  7. Generate insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and Jetreports to support decision-making.
  8. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the operations team.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  10. Reporting directly to the Global Operations Director / COO.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent education.
  2. Proven experience in supply chain management / operations management in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics BC, Eazy Stock, Power BI, and Jetreports is essential.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  8. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus.
