DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for suitable EV locations and identifying potential landlords
- Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
- Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
- Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software
- Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native level of Dutch with fluency in English
- Ability to travel throughout Germany for business
- Sales or negotiations experience
- direct outbound sales or extensive experience in overselling for inbound.
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
