This company is driving innovation and technology and sitting at the leading / bleeding edge of development with an end to end product capable of producing finished product at client site.
With proof of concept complete and commercialisation at a global level well down the track, there is a need to appoint a Service Manager who will establish this function to support customers with product onsite and potentially navigate warranty claims.
The product in this case is physically sizeable, complex and carries a high capital value. Hence the frameworks, logistics, processes and systems need to recognise this environment and be sufficiently robust to ensure responsiveness and efficiency with the capability to meet customer expectation and hold the customer relationship intact.
This will require someone from a technical / technology based background with the experience and appreciation for large capital equipment, the knowledge and background for establishing the service function and appreciation for providing support to customers spread around the globe. You will be designing and building this function and developing a team capable of being highly responsive, effective on site and customer focused.
Your role will sit in the senior management team and report to the Managing Director. This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up in a sector that has the ability to lead a complete industry and provide huge benefit to communities around the world.
