    About the vacancy:

    As an Inside Sales Specialist, your main goal will be to maximize service revenue in defined countries or regions by selling Service contracts. You will be the main contact for service contracts and service business on an operational level. You will be assuring their alignment with service processes and strategies and will help increasing their efficiency. You effectively support the local service organization in achieving their goals. You are accountable for service revenue and the team based revenue targets.

  • Maximize Service Revenue: Proactively approach potential customers and respond to inquiries to sell service contracts.
  • Develop Business: Negotiate and maintain service programs to ensure alignment with our service processes and strategies.
  • Sales Administration: Analyze data, prepare for customer calls, create customized quotes, and ensure accurate contract entries.
  • Collaborate: Work with country service managers to prioritize and explore new market opportunities, participate in meetings, and assist service and sales reps.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, document, and follow-up on leads.

  • Proficient in English; knowledge of French or a Scandinavian language is a plus
