YOUR TEAM

You will be joining a dynamic team of 15 colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support and Inside Sales. Your team is passionate about performance and delivering state-of-the-art service to our internal customers all over the globe.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Inside Sales Specialist, your main goal will be to maximize service revenue in defined countries or regions by selling service contracts. You will be the main contact for service contracts and service business on an operational level. You will ensure their alignment with service processes and strategies and help increase their efficiency.

Main objectives:

  1. Sales: Proactively approach customers, respond to incoming opportunity requests, and initiate direct contact with customers to sell our service products. Work towards individual sales targets by meeting KPIs and providing goal settings and action plans.
  2. Business development: Negotiate, develop, and maintain service programs.
  3. Sales-related administration: Analyze data and prepare for customer calls. Update sales templates and worksheets, create customized quotes and/or offers, and ensure accurate contract entry for correct revenue allocation.
  4. Maintain market understanding through regular calls with your customers and colleagues in the field (service & sales). Proactively provide market insights to your team.
  5. Country-related administration: Collaborate with the country (service) manager and team to determine priorities and new market opportunities.

WHO ARE YOU

  1. Bachelor’s degree required.
  2. Full professional proficiency in English and one of the Nordic languages.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in sales.
  4. You are sales-driven, customer-focused, and have an affinity for administration.
  5. You can easily shift your priorities to meet any situation and make smart decisions.
  6. Driven to win, highly organized, and able to work independently.
  7. Demonstrated ability to build and leverage partnerships.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  1. A starting salary between €3200 and €4000 gross monthly based on 40 hours.
  2. 8% holiday pay, a 13th month, and a yearly bonus.
  3. 34 days of leave, of which 5 are used for days the office is closed.
  4. A good pension.
