Your key responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles up to VP-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing/offering candidates.
  • Identify and recruit for niche and specialized roles within the organization, utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools, innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive and diverse talents for current and future opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external talent sources, to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Create strategies for and drive regional/global employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, collaborating with a recruitment marketeer.
  • We bring 

  • Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 67.000 to € 95.000 per year (based on fulltime, including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits (25 holiday days, bonus, etc).
  • Becoming part of the HR Netherlands team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead for Netherlands and Central Europe, Middle East & Africa
  • Member of the TA community across dsm-firmenich, which supports you with sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Hybrid (50% from the office and 50% from home) work environment.

  • You bring

  • At least 8 years’ experience in a similar end-to-end recruitment role
  • Proven experience in working with senior stakeholders and niche or senior talent
  • Fluent in English, fluency in Dutch language preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills at different levels of the organization
  • Pro-active in actions with a focus on the end-result
  • Curiosity in people, new functions and new ways-of-working
  • Can-do mentality, fail fast and adjust
