dsm-firmenich are hiring in Maastricht. As our SAP Finance & Controlling Integration Senior Expert, you will work within our Digital & Tech Merge & Acquisitions Chapter, and in collaboration with the Finance Chapter, you will be responsible for assessing, defining, and implementing during integrations the financial and Global Cost Solutions for the dsm-firmenich group.

You will lead the delivery and will be contributing to the improvement of Global Cost solution by bringing best standards for price and profitability analysis.

Reporting to the D&T M&A Chapter Lead, you will have a 360º view on SAP ECC & CFIN and other applications for FP&A.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end solution for global cost solution included in ECC and CFIN landscape.
  • Manage senior FP&A stakeholders to align reporting needs within the current landscape.
  • Be able to incorporate the right SAP standards to the different business units Processes and harmonize the Global Cost solution.
  • Act as M&A FICO expert and architect guiding different team members on the design of solutions having a holistic landscape view.
  • Improve way or working for this area by adding quality steps on the e2e chain from the demand to the delivery.

  • You bring:

  • Strong expertise and experience in SAP Controlling, with strong knowledge on manufacturing cost controlling (CO-PC, CO-ML) and profitability analysis (COPA).
  • Understanding of end-to-end flows from manufacturing and logistics to FP&A reporting and being able to identify improvement areas.
  • Demonstratable management skills where you can prepare/ lead follow up sessions, KPIs, and Steercos.
  • Ability to manage Senior Stakeholders, partner with Corporate M&A, Finance and Controlling.
  • Passion to Digital and Tech world, where innovative management style is appreciated.
  • Strong and effective communication skills, and ability to work with offshore teams. Proactivity and commitment for the day-to-day deliveries.
  • Openness to business travel from time to time.
