We arelooking for a Sales Operations Support Advisor to join a dynamicEngagement Center team in Maastricht. Employment agency Manpower is looking for multipleSales Operations Support Advisors for Lynk & Co inMaastricht.

In this supportadvisor role, you will manage various specialized andadministrative back-end tasks related to order management,including payment process escalations, claim management, GDPRcompliance, order support, delivery bookings, returns, car swaps,compensations, and claims. You will act as a liaison betweenmultiple internal and external stakeholders, while activelyengaging in problem-solving and contributing to process improvementinitiatives.

What’s in itfor you

  • Gross salary between€15.59 and €18.79 per hour 
  • Reimbursementof travel costs of €0.23 per kilometer

Functie-eisen

  • Preferably a secondary-level education or higher
  • Alternatively, several years of workexperience in similar customer-facing support roles
  • Preferably fluent in either Dutch, Swedish orFrench
  • Good knowledge of the English language(B1)
  • Familiar with customer engagementtools/systems and scheduling tools
  • Understandsand applies company values in daily interactions with colleaguesand customers
  • Availability of at least32 hours per week
