JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards;
- Achieve sales targets ;
- Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM;
- Promote customer relationships;
- Maintain a clean environment in the Store at the highest standard;
- Working within established guidelines.
The successful candidate must have at least a 1-year experience in Retail.
We are looking for a passionate professional who can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and involved in his/her work.
He/She must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English. Other languages would be a plus.
