In this position, you’ll go beyond day-to-day production management. You’ll inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and contribute to long-term, sustainable performance in a forward-thinking organization.
Your impact
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 45 employees, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability
- Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) targets
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Operational Excellence) to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage budgets and optimize resources to support business objectives
- Act as Deputy Site Manager, contributing to site-wide strategy and decision-making
- Promote and ensure a strong EHS culture, maintaining full compliance with safety and environmental standards
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership and change management capabilities, with the ability to engage and develop teams
- Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence principles
- Familiarity with ISO9001 standards
- Fluent in Dutch and English
