Are you ready to take your logistics expertise to the next level? E-llis BV is seeking a dynamic Transport Planner to join our innovative team. This role is central to delivering exceptional service levels for our customers by overseeing transport planning, shipment execution, and follow-ups, while driving process optimization and cost-saving measures.
As a key member of our control tower, you’ll act as the communication hub between e-llis, our customers, and carriers, ensuring seamless operations and fostering collaboration across all stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and strategic innovation.
Your Role:
- Develop and execute efficient transport plans.
- Manage shipment requests and track transport follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: MBO to Bachelor’s Degree (or 4+ years of relevant work experience).
- Experience: 2–5 years in supply chain or logistics.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish or French, AND English – professional / native level. Knowledge of Dutch, and other European languages are a plus
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TMS systems is an advantage.
