Wat ga je doen?
As an operator baker, you will perform your duties in a large manufacturing company within the food industry.
The duties of an operator baker include:
– Setting up and converting the dough machine
– Operating and adjusting the bakery machine.
– Weighing out and mixing raw materials
– Sensing and adjusting dough so that it can be processed properly
– Solving minor malfunctions
– Keeping the workplace clean
Dit bezit je:
As an operator baker, you will have experience within the food industry and have some technical knowledge. Further requirements needed to start as operator baker are:
– Living in the Maastricht area
– Experience on the EPT & forklift truck
– Accurate and careful
– Socially involved
– Hands-on mentality

Our client is a family business which started in 1906. Over the years they have developed from a traditional bakery to a producer of a wide range of cookie specialties. They now supply customers all over the world!
If working well as an operator baker, this is a long-term position.
Working conditions:
– €15,39 gross per hour, excluding allowances.
– Working hours initially in two shifts, after training transferred to three shifts
– Pension accrual
– Vacations
– Work clothes
