Delivering an optimal transport solution for our customers. That’s where your team’s focus lies. As Operations Manager XPress, you provide your team with the tools and knowledge to find the fastest and most efficient solutions for our customers. Together with your team, you manage your own portfolio and ensure accurate financial handling of transport requests: you work on it!
How do you do it? You lead a team of seven professionals, each with their own specialization in customer service, pricing, or administration. You are the point of contact and sparring partner for your team, but also for the management. You achieve this by:
- proactively safeguarding, documenting, and optimizing business and information processes, both now and in the future;
- coordinating between departments, internal and external stakeholders;
- supporting and guiding the implementation of large accounts, including managing fully developed large and medium-sized accounts;
- initiating onboarding processes, and guiding new employees;
- conducting regular checks from various systems, such as our transport management system, Power BI, or quote tools, to promote the effective achievement of our objectives within your location, region, or branch.

Minimum Requirements:
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- Proven experience in transport and logistics, preferably in air or sea freight or with XPress services;
- Strong communication skills, necessary analytical abilities, and proven leadership skills.
