INTRODUCTION
The Manager Internal Finance plays an important role within our Corporate Finance team, driving essential internal funding processes that keep our business thriving. Our department is dedicated to internal and external financing, risk management, and supporting strategic projects. In this role, you will oversee the group’s internal funding, ensuring that our subsidiaries have the resources they need for seamless daily operations. You will lead the Internal Finance Plan (IFP) process, arrange and administer intercompany loans, manage equity injections and dividend repatriations, and collaborate closely with Tax and Accounting on internal funding matters. Additionally, you will contribute to various corporate finance activities, including external financing, risk management, and strategic projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Consolidate and analyse group members’ finance plans; identify and meet overall funding requirements.
  2. Propose optimal funding structure and manage dividend repatriation for operating companies.
  3. Ensure pricing of internal loans complies with transfer pricing requirements, i.e. an arm’s length interest rate.
  4. Leverage digital tools to drive process improvements, for simplicity and efficiency.
  5. Involve and support other corporate finance activities and projects.
  6. Actively engage with key stakeholders within Finance and partner with the business to enable new business growth.
  7. Help minimise external funding costs (fees, interest and indirect costs) over the long term, while optimising tax and financing opportunities.
  8. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the function and provide effective backup/support to other team members.

YOU BRING

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  2. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Finance and/or Treasury, particularly in sectors such as banking, financing, or financial risk management.
  3. Strong understanding of fiscal, legal, and accounting considerations (including IFRS) within a treasury context.
  4. In-depth knowledge of financial markets and products, as well as macroeconomics and business economics.
  5. Analytical and structured mindset.
  6. High degree of flexibility, agility, and solution orientation.
  7. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  8. Strong team spirit and a growth mindset.
  9. Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
