Your Role:
As our newest team member, you’ll hold a pivotal position as the liaison for our clients. You’ll spearhead the coordination, management, and oversight of our clients’ businesses, ensuring seamless compliance with corporate governance standards. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Acting as the front-line representative and main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Coordinating the corporate management for the client companies and meticulously monitor transactions to ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborating closely with clients, notaries, law firms, and tax experts to facilitate corporate transactions for client companies.
- Evaluating and scrutinizing legal documentation and advice from external parties to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
- Managing and updating client portfolios to meet the stringent regulations set by the Dutch Central Bank and related legislation.
