About the team
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Facility Management Intern (Bachelor level) to support the Facility & Operations team at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic international corporate environment.
These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist in coordination of facility services (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security)
- Support daily building operations
- Contribute to health & safety initiatives (BHV/ERO)
- Support ServiceNow requests handling
- Assist in vendor management and follow-up
- Participate in facility-related improvement projects
- Support reporting and administrative tasks
