You are
The ICT/ ERP Applications Manager with good knowledge and experience of IT and ERP, you know how to make systems work for the organisation. You combine technical expertise with insight into processes and people. In this role, you are responsible for the implementations, management and further development of our environment. You are the point of contact for ICT within and outside FI&S. You translate requirements for organisation, processes and users into smart solutions and guide colleagues through change.
The ICT/ ERP Applications manager is responsible for
– Managing all ICT within FI&S
– Primary contact between FI&S and external partners
– Internal Business consultant for ERP (CSB)
– Super Key User ERP (CSB)
– Training and coaching of the Key User organization ERP (CSB)
– Identifying and implementing improvements in the order to cash work process
(together with the CSB consultants) and in the interface with SAP of Stern-Wywiol-Gruppe.
– Set up and implement management dashboards/reporting in PowerBi
– Support implementation and maintenance of new IT applications (OEE, ATPS, NetPresenter, etc).
– The ICT/ERP Applications Manager is reporting to the Managing Director
Requirements
– Bachelor of Science in ICT or Industrial Engineering with a strong interest in processes and IT
– Good understanding of administrative processes and affinity to ERP systems
– Good language skills of English (and preferable Dutch and German)
– Preferable experience with ERP systems (like CSB or Microsoft BC365)
– Continuous improvement mindset.
– Good analytical and communication skills

Terms of employment
– Salary range depends on the work experience 4000 – 7500 Euro/month
