We’re hiring: HR Officer – Payroll & Employment Law (Benelux)
Maastricht | CDI | Hybrid (2 days remote)
Are you looking for a role where HR expertise meets real impact? Join our international retail group as HR Officer and take charge of payroll, social & legal HR topics across the Benelux!
What you’ll do:
Manage payroll for the Netherlands with our provider Deel (data checks, payslips, compliance)
Draft & review contracts, amendments, and HR documents (BE & NL labor law)
Support the HRBP with employee relations, disciplinary cases & contract terminations
Advise management on employment law and liaise with external lawyers
Keep HR data up to date & provide key reporting to the Group
What you bring:
Degree in HR, Social Law, or Payroll Management
2–3 years’ HR experience (multi-site or retail a strong plus)
Strong knowledge of local payroll systems & labor law
Fluent in Dutch & English (French B1/B2 is a plus)
Rigor, autonomy, and a true team spirit
