Key Responsibilities:

· Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
· Ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and compliant with industry standards.

· Play an active role in the full cycle of the recruitment process, from attracting talent to onboarding activities.
· Manage all aspects relating to the development, implementation, and success of the company’s internship program.
· Address employee relations matters, by providing guidance and ensuring best HR practices are followed.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: At least 3–5 years in an HR generalist or HR operations role with a focus on payroll administration and compliance.
· Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law, payroll procedures, and HR policy implementation.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions autonomously.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
· Fluent in English and Dutch.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
What We Offer:
· Competitive salary and benefits package.
· A collaborative and supportive work environment.
· Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
If you are an HR professional who thrives in an autonomous role and has a strong foundation in Dutch labor law, payroll administration, and policy implementation, we look forward to hearing from you!
