Join our HR team in Maastricht – As an HR Representative you’ll play a crucial role in providing essential support for HR operations. Reporting to the HR manager, you’ll be involved in various HR activities to effectively support the employee population. Key responsibilities include:


  • Offer day-to-day operational and administrative support for employees, managers and HR leadership
  • Provide first-level support to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Advocate for the use of HR technology and analytics
  • Educate end users in the use of direct access for information and transactional support
  • Enforce global and local policies, procedures and practices as needed to support business operations
  • Administer key HR activities including Payroll & Time, Pension & Benefits, Performance Management
  • Support organizational development activities such as Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager to develop and implement training programs for operational roles



  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Law or related field
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration and HR operations
  • Experience supporting complex white/blue collar workforce
  • Comprehensive understanding of time & attendance policies and outsourced payroll operations
  • Proven ability to use relevant HR software tools, preference to SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
