Job Description:

Are you a leader with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams and clients?

Do you have a hunger for identifying and pursuing new opportunities?

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to take a revolutionary digital product to market that will disrupt the global borehole drilling industry by mapping and modeling what’s underground faster, easier, and more sustainably than ever before!

Your role will be crucial in expanding our client’s global footprint within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector, focusing on infrastructure, energy, and critical minerals markets.

As the driving force behind scaling this product, you will shape sales strategies and lead their development in collaboration with regional commercial teams.

You will contribute to the overall growth strategy of the product, demonstrating ambition and energy to expand into new markets and client types. This role involves 30-50% global travel, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the entire asset development cycle and a proven track record in developing project opportunities.

Ideally, you possess a strong industry network and the ability to grow it to facilitate sales. You may already be working as a consultant for an international engineering consultancy firm.

Your deep understanding of diverse markets, coupled with vigilance in tracking industry trends, regulations, and emerging prospects, sets you apart. You have exceptional client management skills, making you adept at navigating the AEC industry to identify geo-data value.

This product offers a revolutionary, smart way to map and model what’s underground faster, easier, and more sustainably than ever before. Combining state-of-the-art ground imaging with targeted geotechnical observations, it enables engineers to make data-driven decisions for better ground risk management worldwide.
