Do you have experience implementing digital healthcare solutions in hospitals? Are you able to translate care processes into practical digital workflows? And do you enjoy working between healthcare professionals, IT teams, and leadership? If so, we’d love to meet you.
As a Senior Functional Consultant (Implementation & Adoption), you will work at Open Line Vitaly, supporting hospitals and regional healthcare partnerships in the nationwide rollout and further development of the Vitaly platform. Vitaly supports oncology multidisciplinary team meetings (MDTs) and is part of a broader eHealth and data availability platform based on openEHR, FHIR exchange, and regional collaboration.
In this role, you ensure that healthcare institutions not only implement the platform, but use it strategically and sustainably. You operate at the intersection of implementation, process optimization, adoption, and data-driven regional collaboration.
As a member of our team, you will:
Lead implementation and configuration: Configure and implement the Vitaly platform within complex healthcare organizations, ensuring alignment with existing care processes.
Optimize care processes: Analyze and improve workflows within oncology MDTs and regional partnerships, translating them into efficient digital solutions.
Drive adoption and change: Guide medical specialists, nurses, and executives in adopting new ways of working and ensure sustainable behavioral and organizational change.
Enable data-driven collaboration: Advise healthcare institutions on digital collaboration and data availability within regional networks.
Operate across all levels: Act at operational, tactical, and executive levels within hierarchical healthcare environments, bringing structure and direction.
Connect users and product development: Structure and prioritize input from user groups and translate this into actionable feedback for Product Management and Development.
Support regional expansion: Collaborate with Sales in onboarding new regions and expanding existing partnerships.
You will operate in a dynamic and complex healthcare environment involving hospitals, regional partnerships, medical specialists, IT teams, executives, Product Management, Research & Development, and the SaaS operations team. Open Line Vitaly plays a leading role in guiding digital collaboration in oncology care. Therefore, we are looking for someone who takes ownership, provides clarity, and ensures alignment across stakeholders.
You are a perfect fit if you:

Are organizationally sensitive and know how to achieve results within hospital settings.
Have strong persuasive skills and are comfortable providing direction.
Can seamlessly switch between healthcare professionals, IT teams, and executive leadership.
Have experience with stakeholder management in complex environments.
Contribute proactively to product development and innovation.
Have a background in healthcare (strong plus).
Are fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
Are willing to travel nationally for client visits and regional collaboration.
We offer:
