Senior Financial Control & Accounting Manager
Are you ready to lead our FC&A team? Marks Sattin is looking for a Senior Financial Control & Accounting Manager for one of our clients. You’ll support the sub-regional lead FC&A Netherlands, overseeing financial control activities for Corporate Service Units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial closing and analysis.
- Lead a team of 7 FTEs, providing guidance and support.
- Offer insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Address issues during closing and drive improvement actions.
- Act as the finance representative in the country leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
- Prepare annual financial statements and manage audits.
- Promote continuous improvement and drive transformational initiatives.

What You Bring:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling or CPA.
- 7+ years of experience in Accounting/Controlling.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes, IFRS principles.
- Experience in supervising/mentoring a team.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP FI/CO is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient.
