Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, this 3 month contract will provide essential support through financial year end. With multiple entities and a busy audit period ahead, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured accounting work, consolidated reporting, and stepping into a team during a critical delivery window.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements for several charitable subsidiaries and associated entities
- Use Netsuite and Accurri to produce consolidated financial statements
- Assist with audit requests, responses, and supporting documentation
- Prepare financial statement cover papers for Board consideration
Support ad-hoc finance and systems projects, including:
- Supplier and customer record reviews and data cleansing in NetSuite
- Testing an AI pilot and developing practical use cases
- Other project-based tasks as required
About You
You’ll bring strong financial accounting capability, ideally with experience in multi-entity environments, the health sector, or not-for-profit structures. You’ll be confident preparing consolidated financial statements and comfortable working with auditors, systems, and data. You will bring:
