Tasks
Your tasks in the team:
• Maintenance and administration of billing and
finance using VARIO 8 Software AG
• Responsibility for dunning
• Correspondence with customers regarding complaints
or returns
• Credit and commission statements
• General administrative activities
• Master data maintenance
• Order and shipping processing (international)
• Logistics management
• Case management (ticket system)
Requirements
Our requirements:
• Successfully completed commercial training with a
focus on accounting or a degree in business administration
• Basics of accounting, finance, billing and goods
traffic (warehouse, items, shipping, customs)
• German and English spoken and written
• Professional experience with a merchandise
management system
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Initiative and flexibility
• Friendly, competent demeanor and ability to work in
a team
