Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding frozen goods through phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and product information efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on frozen products and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
