In this context, you will lead the development and execution of a Supply Chain & Manufacturing platform delivery team, operating with a DevSecOps mindset to manage and evolve the end-to-end digital ecosystem.
You will also define and execute a value-driven digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer-centric innovation across the value chain.
Your key responsibilities
Strategy & Contribution:
- Provide strategic leadership for defining and implementing the ANH digital Supply Chain Mgt & Manufacturing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ANH business objectives and customer needs.
- Navigate the complexity of an international and multi-cultural business environment, communicating digital concepts to various audiences.
- Define, develop, and maintain the right capabilities within the Supply Chain Mgt & Manufacturing platform delivery team.
- Shape and implement the delivery framework and methodologies
Innovation & complexity:
- Oversee the delivery of the total ANH-Solutions Digital & Tech portfolio for the whole Supply Chain Mgt & Manufacturing business domain.
- Manage a global delivery team based in various locations and ensure the right talent and capabilities are available to innovate, develop, and maintain the Supply Chain Mgt & Manufacturing digital platform.
- Engage in major decisions and procurement of technology for modernization, optimization, and consolidation, including core IT systems.
