YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging position as Customer Support Specialist, you will be workinG in a dynamic team of 16 highly motivated colleagues in our international Order To Bill department in Maastricht. You will act as an ambassador for our Bayer Medical Care BV organization and make sure that Bayer’s direct customers get the best service possible.

WHO ARE YOU
• You are a recent graduate or have some experience in a business-related field and would like to take your first steps into the corporate world.
• Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Organized, structured and excellent in coordinating and multitasking
• Capable of working in a team as well as independently
• Perfect command of the Dutch and English language is a must, French is a pre
• Good practice in MS office; SAP application experience adds value

• A gross monthly salary between €2900 and € 3100 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your education and work experience
• An additional 8% holiday allowance, year-end premium, and a bonus (based on company results)

• You have the option to work from home, but we expect you at least 2 days per week at the office.
