Customer Service Representative German + Swedish/Danish/Norwegian – Undutchables – Maastricht


For their Packaging and Product Assembly department, based in Maastricht, they are looking for an enthusiastic employee to join their team as:
Customer Services Employee!

Duties and responsibilities include:

Enter quotes and orders in SAP.
First contact to customers.
Inform customers about status of orders.
Handle warranty, return and credit requests
Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
Take care of the company’s internal requests and all other incoming requests
Proactive order follow up
Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum MBO+ – degree (commercial or logistics)
General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain)
Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired
Computer literate (advance knowledge of MS-Office)
German and Swedish or Danish or Norwegian language skills are required (writing and verbal) and verbal skills in English

Preferred Skills and Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
SAP system knowledge
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office and any order entry system
Focus on quality and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
High aptitude for following communication guidelines, procedures and policies
Relevant experience in a customer service-related environment or a business environment is highly desired

Working conditions
