The working hours in this position are from Monday to Friday 08:15 to 17:15.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for a customer service agent for Lynk & Co in Maastricht. 

In the position as customer service agent, you will be responding to customer queries, concerns, and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, chat or in person. You can expect the following activities: 

  • Providing accurate and timely information to address customer needs 
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues. Including product or service-related problems 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution  
  • Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information 
  • Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in a clear and organized manner 
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records 
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while assisting customers 
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to meet customer needs 
  • Collaborating with other team members, departments, or supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer service processes 

This is what you get 

  • Gross salary between €15.59 and €18.79 per hour 
  • Job ranging from 32 to 38 hours per week, preferably you work 38 hours a week
  • Travel cost reimbursement according to regulations of Lynk & Co

Functie-eisen

  • Minimum mbo four thinking- and working level or working experience in similar customer facing support roles 
  • Preferably fluent in either Dutch, Swedish or French
  • Ability to communicate in speech as well as writing in English 
  • Experience with customer engagement tools/systems and scheduling tools 
  • Basic understanding of product offerings to handle most queries 
  • Basic understanding of internal IT systems to perform day-to-day tasks 

Besides that, you’re a good listener, able to manage emotions and adjust your tone of voice to different situations. And organized, able to follow the schedule, and closing transactions according to process. You ensure that customers feel valued and understood during interactions.
