Back Office Support Specialist – Radiology | Bayer Maastricht

At Bayer Maastricht, our Radiology division is the worldwide market leader — and our Back Office Support (BOS) team is the engine that keeps it all moving. We connect Field Service, Inside Sales, Warehousing, Accounting, and teams across Europe into one seamless operation. Now we're looking for a sharp, service-minded Back Office Support Specialist to join us.

What will you do?

You're the go-to person for your internal customers. That means:

Handling queries and providing clear service information and order statuses

Supporting field service engineers with day-to-day admin: reports, equipment records, order reprocessing, and removing invoicing and stock blockers

Helping the Inside Sales team with accurate contract entry and correct revenue allocation

Becoming the subject matter expert on SAP and global process questions

You won't be stuck in one lane — you'll be switching between priorities, solving problems independently, and making a real difference every day.

Who are you?

You have a professional command of German and are fully fluent in English (both are non-negotiable)

You're experienced with SAP and Salesforce — or you pick up systems fast

You're structured, process-oriented, and genuinely enjoy bringing order to complexity

You communicate well, collaborate easily, and can work independently without needing hand-holding

Service mindset is in your DNA — you take ownership and follow through

You have an interest in process improvement and a desire to learn how AI and automation can support smarter ways of working

Your team

You'll be joining a team of 24 colleagues from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, with an informal, high-energy culture. The office in Maastricht is open-plan with coffee corners for connection and quiet rooms when you need to focus. There's even a meeting room where you can write on the walls.

What does Bayer offer you?

€3.300 – €4.100 gross/month (based on 40 hrs, inclusive of 13th month and holiday pay)

2–3 days working from home per week

Yearly bonus on top of your monthly salary

34 days of leave
