What will you do?
As a bending machine operator, you are a key player in our production process. Your craftsmanship ensures that metal components are bent precisely according to specifications, fitting perfectly into our high-quality end products. Your day begins with reading work orders and technical drawings. You then set up and program the bending machine according to the work instructions. Throughout the day, you perform intermediate checks to guarantee quality and deliver your work on time. We always welcome your ideas for further process improvements!
What does a typical day look like?
At 7:00 AM, your day starts with a briefing to review the day’s orders. You check the materials and begin setting up the bending machine. After completing the first series, you carefully inspect the products for size and shape and adjust the settings if necessary. In between, there is time for a coffee break and a discussion with colleagues about potential process improvements. At the end of the day, you ensure your workstation is tidy and prepare for the next day’s tasks.
